5. Prizes

Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) $1,000 gift card (each a "Prize"). Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of all prizes: $2,000 USD. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor is responsible for gift card activation fees. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with Prize receipt and use.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Two (2) winners will be selected in a single random drawing from all eligible entries received, conducted by the Sponsor within thirty (30) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be notified via Instagram DM (for Instagram entries) or email (for alternative entries) from an official Sponsor account.

Each winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and provide satisfactory proof of current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary institution (e.g., valid student ID, class schedule, enrollment verification letter, or transcript excerpt). Failure to respond, provide enrollment verification, or otherwise comply with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate winner at Sponsor's sole discretion.

8. Release of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, technical malfunctions, unauthorized human intervention, or any other errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

Limitation of liability: By entering, each entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, not to exceed ten dollars ($10.00), excluding attorneys' fees; and (c) no punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages may be awarded.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor to use the winner's first name and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Residents of Tennessee are excluded from this requirement.

10. Modifications

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part if any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity, security, or proper administration.
